Our extra inserts are specially designed to be used with soch menstrual panties during heavy flow.

• Style: Insert is shaped in the form of cloth pad with wings which can be clipped to the panty to avoid leakage or staining the clothes.
• Our menstrual panties have a leakproof and absorbent crotch panel that can accommodate removable inserts.
• Usage: Adding an insert, gives added protection against heavy period flow / postpartum or post-delivery bleeding.
• During light flow, only panty is sufficient.
• Fabric: Outer layer- 100% combed cotton, inner absorbent microfiber layer and Does Not have leakproof layer.
• The insert can be changed every 4 to 6 hours, or as per one’s needs. By doing this, a single period panty can be used for an entire day.
• The insert cannot be used with regular panty.
